Job Description
As an Pharmacy Growth Liaison at RxLink, you will be a leader in our highest growth product line and have enormous potential for advancement. Day-to-day you will play a critical role in the end-to-end pharmacy support transfer process by collaborating with both internal teams, patients, customers, and pharmacies. Your responsibilities can include various aspects of patient support, prescription analysis, pharmacy interactions, and process tracking to efficiently assist patients in transferring their medications to more financially beneficial pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
● Patient Support Services
○ Facilitate communications between the patient and pharmacy support teams
○ Provide education and customer service to encourage patients to utilize in-house pharmacy
services provided by a hospital or clinic
○ Assist patients by providing information on savings and support with pharamcy transfers
○ Think 'outside-the-box' to help resolve patient concerns or issues that come up within the
transfer process
● Pharmacy Operations
○ Work with multiple pharmacy teams to efficiently transfer prescriptions to the appropriate
pharmacy services team
○ Assist with strategic planning and business development initiatives to ensure effective
communication between patients and healthcare teams
○ Identify and work to address known gaps in care with appropriate pharmacy staff
● Reporting
○ Create and manage daily reports to assist in identifying issues in the transfer process
○ Develop benchmarks for timelines and communication windows for both patients and staff
○ Assist in identifying opportunities to expand programs for additional medications
○ Effectively use internal documentation and tracking systems
Qualifications and Experience
● Self-starter ready to change the American healthcare landscape
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, pharmacy operations or related field
● Enjoys working directly with patients and care team to drive better outcomes
● Natural salesperson that can create connections over the phone easily
● Advanced written and oral communication skills
● Basic knowledge of the pharmacy services landscape (prior authorizations, financial
assistance, etc
● Customer service experience in any industry is a plus
● Pharmacy technician experience is a huge plus
