Our software is used by thousands of hospital departments around the world to automatically generate the most optimized physician work schedules to accommodate complex business rules and accurately schedule the appropriate medical provider based on their skill level, specialty, availability, and preferences.
Hiring for our Atlanta, GA office, our Customer Success Specialist will be part of our larger Atlanta-based Customer Success team, and provide technical and consultative support to our customers. The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent listening skills, and enjoy actively engaging with our customers daily.
Requirements
Fluent in English, US Citizen, & Excellent communication skills

Must be a “self-starter”

Enjoys analytical problem solving and working with people
Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience Required
