Overall KRA:
The Social Media Manager will be instrumental in driving the brand presence and engagement on key platforms. Your expertise in leveraging Twitter's unique features and trends will be essential in amplifying our message, fostering community engagement, and staying ahead in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

1. Twitter Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a Twitter-specific content strategy to increase our visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
Create compelling tweets, threads, polls, and visual content tailored to the Twitter audience and crypto community.
Stay abreast of trending topics, hashtags, and conversations relevant to our brand and industry, and capitalize on opportunities for real-time engagement.

2. Community Building and Engagement:
Cultivate an active and engaged community of followers on Twitter by fostering meaningful conversations, responding to mentions, and engaging with user-generated content.
Utilize Twitter Spaces, Twitter Chats, and other interactive features to host discussions, AMA sessions, and virtual events, fostering a sense of belonging and community among our followers.

3. Campaign Management and Promotion:
Plan and execute Twitter-specific campaigns to promote product launches, announcements, and events, driving buzz and participation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Twitter initiatives with broader marketing and communication strategies.
Leverage Twitter Ads to amplify our reach, target specific audiences, and optimize campaign performance.

4. Influencer Collaboration and Partner Engagement:
Identify and collaborate with influential voices and thought leaders in the crypto space to amplify our message and reach new audiences on Twitter.
Forge strategic partnerships with Twitter influencers, crypto projects, and industry stakeholders to co-create content, host joint events, and drive mutual engagement.

5. Analytics and Optimization:
Monitor Twitter analytics and performance metrics to track the impact of our efforts, including follower growth, engagement rates, and sentiment analysis.
Use data-driven insights to iterate on our Twitter strategy, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in Twitter marketing and community management, with a proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth on the platform.
