Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our AI initiatives, playing a crucial role in developing AI-driven solutions for the fashion industry. This position is ideal for someone passionate about applying their ML expertise to creative and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Lead AI/ML projects from concept through deployment, focusing on innovative solutions in fashion technology.
• Design, train, and implement machine learning models, with a special interest in diffusion models and their application to our field.
• Ensure the scalability and integration of AI solutions into our product offerings, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of computer vision and machine learning.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields, coupled with substantial experience in machine learning projects.
• Demonstrable experience with ML frameworks, MLOps tools, and deploying models to production.
• Should have implemented papers from scratch.
• Leadership skills to form and lead a team in future.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for staying on top of AI trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
