About the job
DoorDash is building the world's most reliable on-demand, logistics engine for delivery! We're looking for talented engineers to join our fast-growing engineering team in our brand new engineering hub in São Paulo to help us develop the most secure, trustworthy, and safe marketplaces for DoorDash consumers, merchants and dashers.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for Software Engineers to join our Trust & Safety team. This dedicated group is entrusted with empowering both external DoorDash customers and internal users through a comprehensive catalog of Trust and Safety features, focusing on authenticity, eligibility, compliance, and beyond.
As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with other high caliber engineers within an international team and cross-functional stakeholders to propel the group forward. Leveraging latest technological advancements, including Gen AI, you will build best-in-class Trust and Safety experience on one of the largest gig platforms in the world.
Quick Fact: recently, the Trust & Safety team achieved a significant reduction in post-delivery safety incidents by using AI to monitor conversations between consumers and dashers. This means we will protect thousands of users from seeing inappropriate messages on their phones each year.
