Sierra is an AI engineering studio and startup incubator. We build products for customers and launch new companies.

We are a fast growing company sustained by its own profits, not VC hype and cash. Sierra was founded in 2021 by the former founders and core R&D team of a of a successful technology company in the US.

Sierra’s mission is to support founders and business leaders on their hero's journey, from a bold idea, through real challenges, to growth and impact.

LLMs have massive potential to transform the world, but many organizations don’t know where to start. Our goal is to guide them along the path to an AI-first future while respecting the human experience.

**What we do**

- AI Studio: We build AI products for a diverse mix of customers. Our clients range from early stage startups building their MVP to large enterprises looking to supercharge internal processes with LLMs. We build all types of products, from apps that empower teachers to help students to advanced AI agents for financial analysis. We use prompt engineering, agentic patterns, RAG, fine tuning, RL, and apply the latest AI techniques.
- Startup Incubator: We have an internal program to help our employees become founders. If you join our Entrepreneur in Residence program, we provide the launchpad, resources, and community for you to start your own company.
- Staffing: We help companies hire world-class talent across engineering, product, and leadership roles.
- AI Training: We help organizations succeed in an AI-first world by training their employees on topics like AI coding, LLM fundamentals, and AI engineering.
