Your Purpose
People Business Partner will partner with Leaders to ensure organizational goals are achieved by maximizing our talent’s potential and performance. People Business Partners will develop strong relationships with Leaders of the organization to help them navigate and enact change and make optimal talent decisions that are aligned with business objectives.
Reports To
People Senior Director.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in senior roles, preferably in high-growth or tech environments.
- Deep experience in employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership coaching.
- Skilled in partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in multiple regions, with a focus on Latin America.
- Experience leading DE&I programs and building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
- Data-driven, with the ability to use people analytics to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing advice on talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead and execute key HR initiatives, including performance management, talent development, DE&I efforts, and employee engagement programs.
- Support leadership in managing employee relations issues, coaching them on how to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Use data insights to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in people-related processes.
- Collaborate with other People teams to deliver holistic HR solutions that meet business needs and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all regions Bitso operates.
