AI Research Engineer

The Role:
We are seeking a Senior AI Research Engineer with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation in carbon credit trading, ESG reporting, and climate risk assessment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing AI solutions across the technology stack and a deep understanding of web frameworks, full-stack software, APIs, databases, and backend languages.
Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in server-side development with Java (Spring Framework), or any of the following languages/platforms: Node.js,C++, Julia or MATLAB/Octave
• Expertise in server-side API design, including a deep understanding of data transfer flow between frontend and backend, with solid knowledge of underlying concepts and technologies such as RestFul, HTTP protocol, WebSocket, etc.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, and optionally Kubernetes.
• Experience in frontend development with modern frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular) is highly advantageous.
• Experience in cloud development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alicloud) is highly advantageous.

Requirements:
• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of working experience.
• Passion for long-term career development in the IT industry, particularly in sustainable finance.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with organizational, structured, and assertive traits.
• Self-motivated, mature, and committed to delivering excellence.
• Curiosity and eagerness to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technology capabilities.
• Interest in innovating to drive meaningful changes and enhancements for our clients in carbon credit trading and ESG reporting.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change, with a keen awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• development on relational database (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Mysql and etc.)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and (optionally) Kubernetes
