Job Description:
Nearline is seeking proactive and motivated HR interns to join our team remotely. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our organization's success. This position offers a stipend ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000, providing valuable compensation for your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation logistics, and introduction to company policies.
Assist in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and responding to employee inquiries or concerns.
Aid in the creation and maintenance of HR documents such as job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Contribute to HR-related projects such as performance management initiatives, employee engagement surveys, or diversity and inclusion programs.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
