**About the Role:
As a Grant Writer at Koach, you'll play a vital role in securing funding to fuel our mission of empowering ambitious young professionals through mentorship and coaching. You'll be a grant-writing rockstar, identifying potential funders, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the application process from start to finish.

Here's what you'll do:
Be a grant research ninja – Unearth local, state, federal, private donor, and foundation funding opportunities that align with our programs and projects. Build, centralize, and manage grant pipeline and opportunities.
Craft winning proposals – Develop persuasive proposals that showcase the impact of Koach and resonate with reviewers.
Become a deadline pro – Manage the grant application process, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines and adhere to sponsor requirements.
Be our document guru – Collect and organize required documents, collaborating with grant administrators for a smooth submission process.
Stay ahead of the curve – Keep up-to-date on funding trends and guidelines, ensuring our proposals are compliant and competitive.
Assemble and submit aligned grant requests – Package proposals, letters, budgets, and presentations to deliver a winning application.
