Fullstack Engineer (R&D for Client-based Intranet Applications)

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Fullstack Engineer to join our Research and Development team. This role involves the development of advanced, client-based software solutions designed to operate within an offline/intranet environment. You will be integral in driving the project from conception through to deployment, using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable and high-performant software solutions using React.js, Next.js for the frontend, and Node.js, NestJS for the backend.
• Database Management: Implement and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other NoSQLdb, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features and functionality.
• Environment Management: Develop and maintain applications in a secure, offline/intranet environment ensuring reliability and speed.
• Testing and Optimization: Write robust code with clear documentation, perform unit tests, and optimize performance of the applications.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Address and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in fullstack development with a proven track record in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS. Database Proficiency: Strong experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and others. Technical Skills: Expertise in developing applications for offline or intranet environments. Proficient in using version control systems such as Git. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think algorithmically. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
