MERN Stack Developer

Position: MERN Stack Developer
Exp: 3 Yrs
Location: Pune / Jaipur / Indore / Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate- 30 Days
Primary Skills: MERN Stack , DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, Flux or Redux

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

● Troubleshoot and debug applications.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

● Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and task estimation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.

● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

● Proficient in server-side development with Node.js and Express.js.

● Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.

● Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

● Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
