About the company ToolJet is a popular open-source ( https://github.com/ToolJet/ToolJet ) low-code platform for building and deploying custom internal tools. We are a team of 40 members working from different regions of India. We've raised funding from investors like Microsoft’s M12, Nexus Venture Partners, January Capital & Ratio Ventures.

*Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. This includes identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and defining the product's feature set.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and customer interviews to understand customer pain points, requirements, and preferences. Use this data to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Feature Definition: Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features, functionality, and user experience. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritisation: Prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, business goals, and resource constraints. Ensure the development team is working on the most important and impactful tasks.
• Launch and Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and collateral.
• User Feedback and Iteration: Continuously gather user feedback post-launch and use it to iterate and improve the product. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant product management experience in SaaS product.
• Since you will be building products for developers, prior experience as a software developer is a must.
• Has shipped high-impact SaaS products consistently.
• High energy and high ownership individual with a keen interest in building 0 to 1 systems that have large-scale real-world impact.
• Good understanding of UX Design practices.
• Excellent written & verbal communication demonstrated in conversations spanning developers & executive stakeholders.
