Job description
Essential Functions:
Supports Omnichannel Engagement, Brand Marketing, Media, and Agencies with the delivery of omnichannel relationship marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Web, Direct Mail, and other channels
Collaborate internally across teams and with external agencies to define the user experience for omnichannel marketing campaigns, including segmentation, message mapping, and message cadence.
Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that define and document business rules that translate campaign requirements into technical specifications. This includes campaign inputs and outputs, segmentation requirements, message mapping/cadence requirements, and data/vendor integration requirements.
Submit campaign project requests to Execution team via workflow management tool (Workfront); manage campaigns through their lifecycle using the workflow management tool
Develops and manages project plan and timeline; ensures full alignment across internal and external stakeholders and partners
Manage agencies to create and deliver content in accordance with company templates and processes
Ensure campaigns are tagged appropriately to enable measurement and analytics
Liase with IT application and data management leads to support vendor/data integrations
Handoff requirements to Campaign Execution Specialists and oversee the build of campaigns within companies marketing technology stack, including Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Adobe Campaign
Team with QA leads to ensure campaigns are appropriately tested end-to-end; approve campaign build, UAT test plans and test cases, and post-production UAT
Manage content proofing process
Manage and lead internal and external status meetings along with stakeholder resources to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
Work with reporting leads and Omnichannel, brand, and agency stakeholders to complete reporting and measurement plans
Document post-campaign learnings, including campaign results against stated goals and activities that were effective or require refinements go forward.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of email marketing, relationship marketing, database marketing, campaign management, account management, project management and/or other related roles required
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Hands-on experience within a campaign management / marketing automation / customer data platform tool preferred (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.)
Demonstrated project management skills to manage multi-faceted, complex CRM programs both internally and with external partners/suppliers
Demonstrated strong communication, presentation and, relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience operationalizing Omnichannel engagement campaigns including email marketing, SMS marketing, direct mail, telemarketing (inbound and outbound), and websites
Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Possesses CRM technical and functional expertise in developing and integrating omnichannel campaigns
