As a prerequisite, candidates must hold ServiceNow certificates. Additionally, candidates with the following qualifications are highly preferred:

Key Qualifications:

ServiceNow Devloper Experience: Must have hands on experience developing solutions in ServiceNow preferably in the Customer Service Management domain.

Python Development Experience: Proficiency in Python development is essential for this role. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Python programming principles and best practices.

Hands-on Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLM Evaluation Libraries and fine-tuning the LLM models: Experience working with LLM (Large Language Models) evaluation libraries is a significant advantage. Candidates should be comfortable leveraging these libraries to enhance our GenAI solutions.

Customizing Virtual Agent for ServiceNow: Experience in customizing ServiceNow's Virtual Agent is highly desirable. Candidates should have a proven track record of configuring and optimizing Virtual Agent functionalities for AI/GenAI to meet specific business requirements.

Preferred Qualification:

Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management: Holding a certificate as a 'Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management' is a bonus. Candidates with this certification demonstrate expertise in implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions.
Additional Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Location: Positions available in the USA and India.
