*Position Summary: *
As a Senior System Analyst at Aftia Solutions Inc, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to implement complex solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses a deep understanding of technical architecture and development. In this role, you will work closely with clients, act as a technical lead, and contribute to the success of our projects through your technical expertise and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout and after the implementation of technical projects.
Act as a technical lead, effectively delegating tasks to a team of professionals.
Interpret customer requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Lead customers through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, as well as Agile Methodologies.
Prioritize solution features while maintaining focus on core solution requirements.
Proactively manage and exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional support.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently and working independently.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to mitigate risk to the company.
Build meaningful relationships within the organization and with clients.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to other technical team members at Aftia Solutions Inc.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of three to five years of professional experience in technical roles.
Expertise in Java development, OSGI, and Microservices.
Proficiency with web content management (WCM) platforms.
Strong command of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS web languages.
Experience with API (Application Programming Interfaces) including integrations, Authentication and Documentation
Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, and JSONS data formats.
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, OData web services.
Knowledge of web development standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Familiarity with Node.js and its ecosystem for building scalable web applications.
Experience working with enterprise web applications, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
Knowledge of LDAP, SAML, and OAuth authentication mechanisms.
Proficiency with source control tools such as GIT and SVN.
Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, particularly in the document or electronic signature space.
Understanding of source control and continuous integration concepts.
Proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic business environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Sign is considered an asset.
Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs is considered an asset.
Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Power Automate is an asset.
Willingness to occasionally travel within Canada and the United States.
