Strategic Planning Manager

At AnyMind Thailand, we are a dynamic, forward-thinking MarTech firm dedicated to providing innovative and effective marketing solutions to our clients. We are seeking a Strategic Planning in Manager level to develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies that drive results.

What You'll Do

• Clarify and analyze briefs provided by the Account Management team to thoroughly understand business challenges and goals, developing proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Lead communication strategic planning processes based on campaign requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research to gain comprehensive consumer insights and market knowledge, ensuring strategic alignment of all campaign executions.
• Possess a strong foundation in digital communication and online media strategies.
• Develop compelling presentations and effectively communicate strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
• Optimize media budget allocation to maximize media KPIs and campaign impact.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Creative Planners, and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Represent the agency in client meetings by presenting strategies and providing expert consultations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
• 5-7 years of working experience in Communication Strategic Planning or related field
• Proven experience as a team leader or manager
• In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, key performance indicators, and the ability to propose tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in measuring campaign performance across various metrics
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in Thai, with English proficiency a plus
