Location note: the preference for this role is to be based in our New York City office.
What you'll do:
- A strong understanding and perspective on strategies for product growth
- Demonstrated ability in leading large-scale software projects, defining technical strategies, and developing long-term scalable solutions
- Exceptional skills in managing multiple programs with various components, and forming partnerships across functional teams
- Capability to identify solution gaps, engage in technical discussions, and make informed decisions on product versus technology trade-offs
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of succinctly conveying complex ideas and impacts, tailored to different audiences
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in initiating and leading projects from concept to implementation, bringing structure and direction to new problem areas
What you'll bring:
- Foster strong collaboration with teams across product, data science, business, and technology to drive, monitor, and realize high-impact strategic initiatives in the Business Telephony/Contact Center as a Service (“CCaas”) domain
- Take the lead on numerous cross-functional projects, working alongside product, engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver technical solutions
- Offer deep domain expertise to help shape technical strategies together with engineering colleagues.
- Engage actively with internal partners to break down requirements into actionable technical plans with clear milestones, manage project scopes and schedules efficiently, coordinate across various team dependencies, and manage risks proactively
