ABOUT THE TEAMTrendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a business owner and lead the business by establishing customer and seller journey, challenging current performances, delivering new ideas, and focusing on all aspects of the business,
- Solve problems by continuously creating new processes, iterating frequently based on customer needs, and proactively seeking better ways,
- Use data to detect problematic flows and enable us to navigate operational efficiency and get rid of tasks that can be automated,
- Work with sales, onboarding, strategy & planning teams to provide the most effective and complete process design,
- Explore new features that could enhance user experience and seller engagement. Also, understanding customers' and sellers' needs, and proactively identifying problems/ bottlenecks at early stages,
- Develop strategic partner connections end-to-end by understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive attention and activation, and ensuring operational superiority for all the accounts in your portfolio.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies,
- Minimum3 years of sales & account management or business development experience in start-up e-commerce or FMCG,
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility,
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Proficiency in English,
- This position includes senior specialist or executive roles.
