Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Lead React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a
Lead React Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-friendly software for our clients. You will also coordinate with other internal teams to develop,maintain, and deploy the React.js applications with best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop new components and features for our frontend app(s).
Document and refactor our frontend codebase.
Profile and improve our frontend performance.
Write about your work and contribute back to open source.
Coordinate with our UX team to translate designs into high-quality code.
Lead and collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and to share knowledge.
Participate in the decision-making process around the architecture and future direction of applications.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure the maintainability and readability of the code.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in React.js.
Proficient in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Deep understanding of React architecture, hooks, and context API.
Understanding of RESTful APIs.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the javaScript object model.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
