Position Overview:

As a Growth Engineering Intern with a focus on Acquisition, you will be instrumental in identifying and implementing cutting-edge acquisition hacks and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, design experiments, and scale successful initiatives to drive user acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth and Engineering teams to ideate and prioritize growth experiments focused on user acquisition.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize acquisition strategies through coding and automation tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth within acquisition channels.
• Contribute to the iteration and refinement of acquisition strategies based on experiment results and data analysis.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the Seam platform, suggesting features or enhancements based on acquisition needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Familiarity with growth hacking tools and methodologies, particularly in user acquisition.
• Analytical mindset with a strong foundation in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
