Senior Product Manager

Looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at a Sales Technology SaaS company (Series B). Reporting to the Head of Products in the US, we need someone skilled at engaging with our North American and select European clients to shape the product effectively. Operating as a widely dispersed remote team, this role is vital for connecting with our US and occasionally European customers, as well as the US Go-To-Market team. Effective and thoughtful communication of product updates throughout the organization is a critical aspect of this role. Here are additional specifics related to the position

*The Role *

• Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap for a pivotal product line.
• Stay informed about market trends and conduct competitive analysis to enlighten stakeholders and inspire innovation.
• Engage with customers in the US and Europe for feedback and iteration and lead a remote Engineering team based in Europe
• Engage with US Go-to-Market resources for feedback and product iterations. Utilize clear and concise communication skills in a remote setting.
• Utilize data to drive product decisions and set OKRs to gauge success effectively
• Manage product lifecycle, balancing customer experience, performance, and operational support
• Establish expertise in the product domain, representing the client externally where required

*The Person *

• Must have at least 4 years of hands-on product management experience in developing Sales Tech domain features and products.
• Demonstrated leadership through influence rather than organizational structures.
• Proven capability to inspire, lead, and work with cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong product design skills in technical API and user interface design.
• Proficiency in translating product strategy into clear business requirements and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data for effective product decision-making and prioritization.
