We centralize customer feedback across all sources, like Twitter, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Community Forum, Surveys, and Gong calls, in one place. Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Technical Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and compelling product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the platform's capabilities and addressing their technical concerns.
- Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Projects: Lead PoC projects, working hand-in-hand with prospects to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Enterpret's solution.
- Build internal tools to provide leverage: Build automations and internal tooling to help scale the quality and velocity of out sales process execution.
- Be Enterpret for Enterpret: Actively gather feedback from prospects and work closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and new feature requests.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering or pre-sales role, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
- Comfortable with SQL and basic scripting(can understand API documentation for data uploads / quick POCs).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and sales opportunities.
