Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced LLM technologies into our AI-native travel solutions. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop, implement, and optimize LLM use cases that enhance the way travelers plan, book, and experience their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
*** LLM Development & Integration:** Develop, implement, and fine-tune Large Language Models tailored to travel-specific applications. Collaborate with the product team to integrate LLMs into our platform, ensuring seamless and effective functionality.

• Data Management: Handle large datasets, ensuring the quality and integrity of data used for model training and testing. Develop data pipelines and processes for efficient data handling and model training. *** Model Optimization**: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of LLMs. Implement advanced techniques to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our AI models.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and UX designers, to brainstorm and implement innovative AI solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
• Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, NLP, and LLMs. Contribute to the research and development of new models and techniques that can be applied to our products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in machine learning and NLP, with a focus on Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and ML deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with travel industry dynamics and challenges is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
