Job Title:
Product Analyst

As a member of the Product team, you will:
Assist Personal loans business:
Assist PMs/ Engineering teams in execution of releases and strive for operational excellence.
Gather end to end customer data insights and monitor releases to ensure they deliver the expected impact
Create scalable documentation and communication to relevant teams
Conduct thorough customer data driven analysis to understand the current process and identify areas for improvement and optimization across lending value chain
Spend time doing customer immersion, listening to calls to find meaningful insights.

Stakeholder management for execution:
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business processes, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.

Work closely with business partnerships team:
Own new partner onboarding along with InCred Partnership team by providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless go live

Work backward from customer experience. Work closely with technical support teams to:
Understand frequently occurring issues & highlight them to respective tech stakeholders.
Gathering the required information necessary in order to best handle the technical issues
Owning the root cause fix of the issues and continually driving issues encountered down with a focus on automation and operations excellence

Qualification:

An ideal candidate would have:
0-2 years of experience in
a business/ product analyst role (Fintech experience would be an added advantage)
Working knowledge of SQL & Excel
Basic knowledge of APIs
Structured thinking & problem solving
Strong communication (both verbal & written) & management skills
Intellectual curiosity and learning drive to create continuous improvement
