Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities across various platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality and engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to create visually appealing and impactful content.
SEO Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to enhance search engine performance.
Data Analytics:
- Analyze performance metrics, user engagement data, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Product Management:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to drive product development, enhancements, and feature releases.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Business Strategies Building:
- Develop and execute business strategies, including market entry, expansion, and diversification, to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, and market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the edtech industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of product management principles, business strategy development, and market research methodologies.
- Creative thinker with excellent brainstorming, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Graphic designing, video editing, creative content development, or related skills are a strong plus and will be considered advantageous for the role.
