2024 - Frontend Engineer (AI Products)

The following is a basic job description of the position. More details will be provided during discussion with candidate.

As a key member of a versatile engineering team, you will design, test, deploy and maintain front-end, user facing software. As a UI Software Engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to company needs with opportunities to try new projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve.

About the job:

• Responsibilities include ownership of front-end development for customer-facing dashboard, websites, applications and translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code, as well as building the logic that powers these visual elements
• Write product or production system development code
• Working with product and business teams to solve complex problems
• Own the development lifecycle end-to-end, from system design, all the way to production

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript/TypeScript. CSS, HTML5, Angular, REST/JSON API

Good to have:

• We are looking for motivated individuals with 3-4 yrs of frontend development
• Understanding of oops concept and design concepts.
• Working knowledge of shell scripting andd familiarity with open source tools would be considered a plus.
• Demonstrated interest and ability to learn other coding languages as and when needed
• Knowledge of latest developments in the frontend technologies is an advantage
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java).
