First Technical Hire at AI Companionship/Dating App

TLDR
Currently just a one-man team with a vision and an MVP on the app store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/swan-ai-companionship/id6475051637) looking to bring on the first technical hire. I have a contracted software engineering team outsourced but looking to bring that work in-house at some point. Whether that is immediately or over time is TBD. Completely bootsrapped and this would be an equity only offering until we raise capital. As such, I'm open to a variety of working situations that we can talk through.

1. Product Development: Oversee the entie lifecycle of product development from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs. Drive the evolution of our MVP into a fully-fledged, scalable platform
2. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to define company's technical vision and product roadmap. Make strategic decisions regarding the technology stack, product features, and technical partnerships.
3. AI Innovation: Lead the integration of AI to enhance natural conversation, user experience, and personalization features.
