Are you a Graphic Design enthusiast with extensive experience and passion for innovative design capabilities? We're excited to offer an opportunity for creative and forward-thinking candidates to join our team as Graphic Design Manager. As an initial hire, you will work with the marketing team to design and create graphics, edit images, and collaborate on social media marketing campaigns while contributing to real-world projects and enhancing your skills in graphic design. This position is designed to provide valuable learning experiences and insights into the world of design. Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing graphic designs for various purposes, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and more.

Ensure consistency in brand visuals and adhere to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.

Lead the creation of engaging video content for diverse platforms, including reels, short clips, and longer-form videos.

Handle end-to-end video production, from conceptualization and scripting with the content team to shooting and editing.

Stay updated on social media trends and create content that resonates with different audiences.

Play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Odlns.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand messaging and translate it into compelling visual content.

Requirements:

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or any related field.

Proven experience as a Creative Designer with expertise in both graphic and video design

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) and video editing software.

Portfolio showcasing your diverse range of design and video projects.

Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good experience with all equipment and tools required for video making and editing.

Compensation:

It's a contractor position. It’s not a position with a salary as of now, you will be compensated on a profit-sharing basis on each project depending upon your stake of contribution and performance on terms and conditions.

The range of compensation mentioned in the post varies based on the availability and the value of the projects
