About the Role

We are hiring for a technically savvy Sales Manager who will play an integral part in the growth and expansion of Fuze’s solution across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for building new as well as growing Fuze’s existing businesses to accelerate growth across global markets

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new business generation and client acquisition in a highly competitive market
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to originate new institutional clients and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, to deal negotiation, and closing, including renewals and upsells
  • Conduct competitive analyses and continuous research on injective’s business topics and market. Identify potential growth strategies and services for existing and prospective products and partnerships
  • Keep track of key launches and news in the crypto eco-system and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities
  • Execute a structured business development process and work with the teams to further improve operational efficiency (e.g. CRM, marketing etc.)
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events

About You

  • Experience in both traditional financial and digital assets services from high-performing teams.
  • 3+ sales experience in payments/fintech/crypto/banking, working with institutional clients
  • Track reocrd of delivering business results - be ready to talk about numbers/quota achievement, etc. Target driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong client management skills and client-facing manner
  • Trading and crypto knowledge - is a strong advantage; willingness, aptitude, and curiosity to understand the fundamentals of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision are crucial
  • Languages; Arabic speaking is advantageous but not a prerequisite
