About the job

Responsibilities:
✔️ Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
✔️ Create Weekly Reports of the transaction and growth of the tasks that have been
assigned to them
✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining a positive, empathetic, and
professional attitude toward customers at all times
✔️ Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
✔️ Upselling products/services: Attract potential customers by answering product and
service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
✔️ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
✔️ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
✔️ Create SOP / Create, review, and organize spreadsheets and keep online records
Qualifications:
✔️ At least C1 or C2 level of English communication
✔️ ️At least 1 year voice call center experience handling US accounts. (Inbound or Outbound)
✔️ At least 3 years of Real Estate background as Customer Support
✔️ Genuine care for customers & clients.
✔️ Great disposition and decision-making skills
✔️ Proactive, fast learner, and takes initiative
✔️ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
✔️ Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
✔️ Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
