Role Summary:
The Head of Business Development/Growth will lead our efforts to expand our customer base, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence. This role involves managing the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract negotiation, building and nurturing channel partnerships, executing marketing strategies, developing sales collateral, and supporting the fundraising process.
Key Responsibilities:
**Enterprise Sales:* Manage the pipeline of new and existing prospects . Responsibilities include leading both inbound and outbound sales operations and account management.
Channel Partnerships: Develop strategic channel partnerships to drive new trials, customers, and revenue. This includes engaging with conferences & events, accelerators, VC and PE firms, consulting firms, corporate innovation studios, wealth managers, and other target industry decisonmakers.
Marketing: Implement content marketing strategies, manage digital marketing campaigns, and create outbound demand generation through SEM, SEO, and direct outreach. Leverage events and speaking engagements to build relationships and promote brand recognition.
Sales Collateral: Develop and refine sales collateral, including investor pitch decks, sales decks, website content, and sales demo videos. Ensure brand consistency and engage in storytelling to highlight the company's value proposition.
Fundraising: Leverage existing relationships with VC firms and provide support in pitching and developing fundraising collateral to secure investment.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in building business development functions, enterprise sales pipelines, and securing significant sales revenue.
Experience in establishing and growing channel partnerships, with a strong network in the startup and innovation ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in marketing, including running outbound campaigns and enhancing digital presence.
Skilled in creating impactful sales and fundraising collateral, with a flair for brand storytelling.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing teams and serving as a primary point of contact for customers and partners.
