Valory creates open-source software for co-owned AI, enabling joint operation and control of AI software for novel use cases in crypto, science, and enterprise. Products

We co-founded Olas DAO and have created the first services using it and the Olas Stack.
We have also built a hosted platform for removing DevOps hassle from running said services: Propel.

Team

Valory is the VC-backed team of engineers, researchers and commercial executors that raised a successful Seed round and executed a successful public token launch for the Olas DAO.

The Role

You are a product manager with at least 2 years of experience, passionate about emerging technologies. You are excited to help execute Valory's strategic product launches, taking ownership of managing the development process of one or more products from start to finish. You are looking to work in a high-growth startup that prioritizes collaboration.

Main Duties

• Own one or more products based on our autonomous AI agents.
• Coordinating cross functional teams (engineers, researchers, and marketing) to ensure that the customer is served.
• Help us meet our strategic priorities and the desired workflow by using data and working in line with our values, focusing the team on top priority fixes/features/improvements to ensure that we serve customers in a timely manner. *Get to ‘simple and done’ and use ‘first principles’ thinking to create Olas-powered ‘autonomous services’ and/or a strong Olas protocol.
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy (with support of management) aligned with the company's overall goals, including the workflow of your product.
• Clearly define and document the product and its features, functionality, and user stories.
• Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless deployment, including addressing any issues that arise and learning from them.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in product management
• Experience coordinating teams, distilling clear priorities from complex products
• Good understanding of crypto OR prior experience working with a crypto company
• Basic experience with programming languages, scripted or compiled
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience in conducting research on competing products, user research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and using insights to inform product decisions
• Work in line with our values
• Strong preference for time zone between UTC -2 to UTC +6
