About the Role

Deepfleet is looking for 2 fullstack engineers to join us at our Bangalore office. We are super excited to work with somebody with the following criterias:-

• Possess High-agency (Read here). Usually you would know what's your next step.
• Curiosity to learn and execute; especially when the learning curve is steep.
• Excellent communication skills (Primary language: English)
• Very good team player (Do people want to work with you?)
• 2+ years of early stage startup experience.
• Excellent command over Typescript / Javascript, frameworks like Next.js and libraries like React.
• Can work on MySQL, Prisma & Redis well.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• [Optional] knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem.

You will be working with the founding team on our universal EV charging interoperability protocol OCPPPlus (OCP3). You will be using Typescript, React, Nextjs, MySQL & Redis. It will be great if you know about industry specific OCPP, OCPI and Vehicle-to-EVSE protocols. That said, we value learnability more than experience and skill.
