About the job
Purpose:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist whose responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers’ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as AlgoDocs that offers excellent customer support during all after-sales procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via AlgoDocs Support Platform or e-mail
- Providing help and answers to customers; technical issues through identification of the problem and its resolution
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Report bugs and feedback to the product team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Create support documents for customers
- Schedule AlgoDocs demo meetings with customers
- Organize weekly webinars for beginners
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience in Customer Service
- BSc in related fields such as Information Technology, Computer Programming etc.
- Be a highly-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- To have ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and tasks
- To have exceptional communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related areas
