ABOUT THE TEAMIf you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.We are all working towards the same purpose: to create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing the needs of business teams and identifying development areas to improve operational processes and customer/seller experience
- Identify and analyze pain points, root causes and develop preventive actions
- Interpret and synthesize customer feedback regarding operations from various sources (customer and seller surveys, operational data and contact center data)
- Regular review of operations KPI's and finding improvement areas, taking necessary actions
- Being interested in different departments and disciplines to actively contributing to company strategy and priorities
- Researching countries and potential logistics partners to understand the market needs and identify development areas for Trendyol and partners
- Cooperation with 3PL logistic partners inline with the vision and mission of the company
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business, e commerce, fmcg and operations (supply chain, delivery, International logistics) development, strategy and project management
- Passion for Operations and Supply Chain
- Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge, BigQuery is a plus)
- Customer and result-oriented approach
- Eager to learn, result-oriented, having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Positive and Energetic
- Fluent in English ( both written & verbal)
- This position includes both specialist, senior specialist experience
