Product Manager/Business Analyst

Ironfly Technologies is looking to grow our product team in Australia and are looking for a creative thinker to lead the team and work closely with our clients and engineers in Sydney to manage the product lifecycles and facilitate the company's growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Growing and Leading Ironfly’s product team.
Working closely with Ironfly's users and the Engineering team to develop new products and enhance existing products/features.
Your main objective is to facilitate business growth and ensure existing client needs are met through maintaining existing and developing new products.
Gather new requirements/requests from existing clients.
Scope out new product features and enhancements.
Prioritising and managing the timelines and costs for new product feature development and deployment.
Work closely with the quality assurance teams to adopt new and optimise existing pre-release test plans.
Create user training documentation and guides.
Provide product demos and in-person training, where required.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors Degree in the fields of Business Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of practical work experience as a Product Manager and/or Business Analyst
• Prior experience in Agile project management methodologies
• Prior experience in leading a product team
• Experience in user onboarding and offering system training to new clients
• Client consultation and requirement gathering
• Scoping new product features and translating client requests to engineering/development teams
• Planning for and working around sprint cycles
