Job Description:
We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to develop and execute a focused growth strategy to hit ambitious goals. This person is critical for identifying, prioritizing and executing on various growth channels while obsessing over the metrics and delivering measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a talented and creative generalist with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and execute our marketing and partnership activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Working with the CEO directly, you will have the opportunity to brainstorm, lead and execute your own ideas to drive growth such as:

  • Plan, execute and manage strategic partnerships with various partners targeting our customer segment such as realtors, newcomer influencers, mortgage brokers etc. to increase awareness of our program
  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to deepen our partnership with the ultimate goal of driving customer acquisition
  • Plan and execute on other marketing activities and campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, and organic social media
  • Take a rigorous, quantitative approach to experimentation and measuring success
  • Think outside the box and be creative operationally and strategically

The Growth Lead will be expected to own our GTM playbook and be responsible for monitoring and iterating on our portfolio of distinct growth channels to maximize performance. Ability to conduct quick experiments and make decisive data-informed decisions in a resource constrained environment is a must.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in initiating and scaling growth channels, meaning you’ve built campaigns and tested channels from scratch and know how to iterate quickly
  • Expertise in at least one key growth strategy, with familiarity of related areas (partnerships, affiliate marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, business development etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for identifying business opportunities and converting them into new deals
  • Preferable background in growth, product management, marketing, or similar fields
  • Knowledge of real estate and the mortgage industry is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-faced environment
  • Previous startup experience is preferred
  • Ready to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty in getting things done with a bias for action!
