Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive for Technous, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the North American market. This remote position is open to candidates in Canada or the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with startups and tech companies.
- Showcase Technous' unique value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, aligning with clients' budget and requirements.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and IT staffing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
