Blockchain Protocol Cosmos SDK Engineer

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Engineer with a strong background in developing CosmosSDK-based chains. As a key member of our innovative team, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of blockchain solutions that leverage CosmosSDK.

Responsibilities:

1. CosmosSDK Development: Lead the development efforts in creating robust and scalable blockchain solutions using CosmosSDK.

2. Chain Design and Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement CosmosSDK-based chains, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

3. Smart Contract Development: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of smart contracts within the Cosmos ecosystem.

4. Protocol Upgrades: Stay informed about the latest advancements in CosmosSDK and contribute to the continuous improvement of our blockchain protocols.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with other blockchain engineers, developers, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

6. Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed blockchain solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing CosmosSDK-based chains, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

2. Blockchain Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain technology, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development within the Cosmos ecosystem.

3. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Rust, and experience with blockchain-related languages (e.g., Solidity).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years in blockchain and Proven experience in developing blockchain solutions, particularly using CosmosSDK.

Compensation:

The initial compensation for this role will be in the form of tokens and equity until specific project milestones are achieved. As the project progresses and reaches predefined goals, a transition to a more traditional compensation structure may be implemented.
