Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, Elasticsearch, Nest.js, and Strapi, along with a passion for building scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Elasticsearch, Nest.js, and Strapi.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Implement security best practices and ensure data protection in the backend systems.
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure a smooth deployment and release process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Nest.js and Strapi frameworks is a must.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in backend development.
