Chief Scientist & Co-Founder - Data Analytics & AI

Job Description:
As the Chief Scientist & Co-Founder, you will spearhead our efforts in data analytics and AI. This role is pivotal in driving our technology strategy, focusing on our patented methodologies, and contributing to our company's strategic direction and growth. You will play a crucial role in fundraising, investor relations, and driving the product to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of sophisticated data infrastructure, focusing on data lakes, ingestion, and analytics on Google Cloud Platform.
• Oversee AI-driven initiatives, leveraging expertise in machine learning, econometrics, and data science.
• Utilize and enhance Susterra’s patented ROI methodologies for public benefit programs.
• Engage in critical analysis of research papers to augment our core analytics framework.
• Actively engage in fundraising and investor relations, driving the financial growth of Susterra.
• Define company direction and market strategy in collaboration with the founding team.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields, with a focus on econometrics.
• Experience in finance, consulting, or public finance sectors.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, data lake architecture, and data visualization tools.
• Expertise in machine learning, including Random Forest, NLP, and Large Language Models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in evaluating and integrating research findings into product development.
• Background in a startup environment, preferably in a co-founder or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor engagement.
• Track record in project management from concept to revenue generation.
