Salary: NGN 300,000 to 400,000 /month (netpay) & Commission/Incentives for meeting sales targets. Sales car + Health Benefits (on confirmation)

Job Description

Position Overview:

RxAll is seeking to hire a Regional B2B Sales Lead responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in Lagos, SW,MW & NC regions of Nigeria, with the goal of generating and closing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and achieving regional sales goals.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, as well as strong leadership and management skills. They will also be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Forecast and budget for sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Responsible for leading the B2B Sales Team across SW,MW & NCI regions
  • Responsible for developing group purchasing program with the manufacturers and importers in order to develop pool procurement for our pharmacy, hospital and adjacent industry customers
  • Growth of active customers in the pharma and adjacent industries (fmcg etc) in assigned region to at least five thousand per month with clear traction in the first six months
  • Grow sales to 3B+ NGN/month by Sep, 2024 with clear traction in the first six months
  • Achieve strong co-brand and brand recognition at the customer level in these territories so that pharmacies associated with our brand can be recognised by patients
  • Must be leading sales team in current role to at least N3B+/month in sales with strong customer database and relationships
  • Manage, fire, recruit and train the required sales team and sales agents to achieve the sales goals
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience as Regional Sales Lead in Western/Lagos region of Nigeria for a leading indigenous pharma company.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. (MBA will be an added advantage)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a regional sales leadership role for an indigenous pharmaceutical company
  • Proven track record of success in generating and closing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with building and maintaining relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation; Salary range of 400,000 to 500,000

With up to NGN 700,000 to 800,000 / month in commissions based on meeting performance targets
