Wise Assistant is an influencer marketing platform connecting freelance marketers and influencers with local agencies and brands for influencer marketing campaigns. Our goal is to help businesses expand into new markets, host launch events, and promote new products.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer success efforts, ensuring seamless communication and support for our clients and influencers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting influencer research, outreach, and engagement, crafting compelling email and direct message templates, and providing timely responses to influencer inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating influencers on campaign details and addressing technical questions related to various platforms and brainstorming customer success strategies.

Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Notion, and Airtable
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques
- Experience in Instagram scraping methods
- Strong writing skills for crafting engaging email and direct message templates
- Ability to effectively communicate and answer influencer questions
- Detail-oriented approach to updating influencers on campaign specifics
- Capability to address technical queries related to various platforms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
The successful candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, developing customer success strategies, and conducting customer success research.
