Senior UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer & Brand Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic UI/UX Designer & Brand Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms, while also being instrumental in our branding, graphic design, and illustration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Design intuitive, engaging, and modern user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visual designs.
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for various devices and interfaces.
Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
Branding:

Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and assets across all platforms.
Create visual branding materials for various marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Ensure that our brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints.
Graphic Design:

Produce high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution—including those for web, mobile, social media, and print.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising and promotional materials.
Illustrations:

Craft unique and engaging illustrations for use in digital and print media.
Work closely with content creators to develop visuals that enhance and complement our messaging.
Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our brand remains contemporary and competitive.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field. 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and illustrations.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and illustrating problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:

Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
Certification in UX design from a reputed institution.
Experience with motion graphics or animation.
