Purchase/Procurement Executive for (IOT – Internet of Things)

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Handling procurement required for Production and R&D products

• Handling Import Shipments and Custom Clearance Process

• Consolidation of BOMs

• Requesting Quotes from Multiple Vendors

• Sorting the Quotes according to Lowest prices

• Generating PO and making Payments

• Checking Inward material with ordered PO if any Shortage quantities received

• Reviewing Defective components and Processing it for refund/replacement

• Ordering samples and Getting Feedback from R&D for production Lot

• Entry of all the procurement invoices in tally with Accounts department

• Ordering Shortage Components on Urgent Basis

• Finalizing BOM pricing for new Products

• Generating Production File and Forwarding to Production Department for Stencils

• Planning for production lots on basis on Sales PO

• Submitting BOE to Banks

• Making procurements based reports

• Coordinating with R&D team for any design changes while reordering

• Establishing Meetings with new suppliers and requesting for samples and quotation

• Sharing the lead time/transit time with Store & Production Department for parts so that they can plan production accordingly

• Preparing documents for Foreign Payments and coordinating with bank team.
