What we are looking for?
System Reliability: Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of Certa's systems and applications, striving for 99.9% uptime.
Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated processes for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Incident Response: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
Capacity Planning: Analyze system performance and usage trends to forecast capacity requirements and make recommendations for scaling infrastructure.
Security: Implement and maintain security best practices, perform regular vulnerability assessments, and participate in the development of security protocols.
Monitoring and Alerting: Configure and manage monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues before they impact service quality.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and improve deployment processes.
What you already have?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent command of the English Language
Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on site reliability engineering, system administration, or DevOps.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Bash) is good to have.
Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
