Artificial Intelligence Engineer [Optimization]

Responsibilities

• Model logistics and supply chain problems mathematically and develop optimization algorithms.
• Design and implement approximation and iterative algorithms to derive solutions.
• Engage in product affinity identification, computational operations research, and resource optimization.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of optimization solutions to ensure robustness and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Econometrics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong ability to identify and model combinatorial and convex optimization problems.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or C++.
• Familiarity with one or more machine learning or statistical modeling tools/libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Working knowledge of databases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex logistical challenges.
