Marketing Manager

Nooka Space is building a global network of proximity office spaces that helps hybrid workers and business travelers do their work on the go, boosting productivity, work-life balance and reducing commute time and CO2 emissions.

We are placing indoor and outdoor smart office pods in physical venues like: airports, shopping malls, coffee shops, hotel chains, co-working spaces, gas stations and city centers. By joining our network, we help our venue partners maximize revenues by monetising the time spent by the customers in their space and attracting new customers with an added on service.

We're currently in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing our B2B and B2C marketing strategies. You will drive initiatives to attract venue partners and generate utilization of our pods. With a clear focus on growth, this role will be instrumental in taking Nooka Space to new heights.

• Implement and manage our B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Drive our content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and Linkedin organic content.
• Conduct direct outreach to potential venue partners and build strong relationships with them.
• Handle PR and media relations, including proactive media outreach and press release distribution.
• Organize and participate in relevant industry events and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with influencers within our target industries for partnerships and endorsements.
• Manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content and running targeted ads.
• Execute our email marketing strategy, including building an email list, segmenting, and sending personalized emails.
• Coordinate SEO and blogging efforts to drive organic traffic to our website.
• Manage consumer-focused media relations and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Organize regular giveaways and contests on our social media platforms.
• Regularly monitor and report on the performance of our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the coworking, real estate, tech, or start-up industries.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to improve marketing effectiveness.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
