Senior Product Manager - Financial Documents

The Role

Reorg has acquired FinDox, a financial document management and compliance product, and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the improvement and expansion of this product within Reorg. This high visibility role is an opportunity for a user-centric product manager to drive the strategy and development of a rapidly growing B2B product.

You will maintain and expand the product development vision for FinDox, our financial documents product, which includes managing documents, reporting, and compliance workflows. You will help lead efforts to combine FinDox with other Reorg products and data offerings.

Senior Product Managers at Reorg focus on comprehensively designing what our engineering team builds. This involves working with Product Solutions to understand the business needs (the “why”) in order to thoroughly write out the requirements (the “what”), which enables engineering to design the technical approach (the “how”). This process requires excellent requirement gathering and writing skills. Product Managers must have the ability to conceptualize new features and foresee aspects of the product design that need to be clarified and designed. Product Managers need a high degree of user empathy to understand what the user will try to accomplish and how to make it an excellent experience.

This role is for a strong individual contributor to join a team of seasoned product managers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document all business requirements and business rules, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product solutions, UI/UX, and engineering to ensure a comprehensive design
• Provide clear and concise documentation and feedback to support the development process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues facing your product area
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite and how our customers use our products

Requirements

• Strong product design and requirements writing skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• User empathy and an understanding of what is a “good” user experience
• Ability to use data analytics to drive decision making
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Experience with Jira / Confluence

Preferred

• 5+ years of experience designing product requirements in a product management or product development role
• 2+ years experience with client-facing applications, ideally in a B2B context
• Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
• Track record of increasing user engagement and satisfaction
• Bonus: Knowledge of the Finance industry
